Happy December! Hope you all had a lovely Thanksgiving (if you celebrate it) and enjoyed all the pumpkin flavors! Now it’s on to all things peppermint and gingerbread, with Christmas music playing nonstop.
Here’s another week of Want It Wednesday, where I spotlight new books released this week, and there’s a big release this week that many (me included) are looking forward to reading!

So those are some of the releases that came out this week! I’m looking forward to reading Children of Virtue and Vengeance, and I also need to get back to reading the Coffeehouse Mystery series. That’s up to number eighteen already!
Brewed Awakening looks so adorable that I smiled. She’s almost meditating on her coffee, but keep an eye open for mysteries!

The covers in that series are all super cute! She does seem to be striking a meditation pose, and then there’s that mystery guy lurking in the background!
The series is pretty fun, too. It’s set in Greenwich Village if I remember correctly, and the main gal runs a famous coffee shop in the city. The books all have delicious sounding coffee recipes, and there is information about processing the beans, etc, too.

I always wonder why these coffee shop books don’t put more emphasis on the types of people who use them, which is often students who drink a tiny cup of coffee and then sit for hours!
